About this Conference
Extreme teachings about healing cause people to shy away from this important Biblical topic. This training is for: (1) those who want to be equipped to set captives free, body, soul, and spirit, and (2) those who need healing of body, soul, and spirit (many will find great healing and freedom during the training). The conference will provide a balanced and holistic perspective on the healing power of God. Christ and His Word are central in Seumean’s teaching.
About Seumean Kuon
Seumean was born in Cambodia and immigrated to the United States with his family as a refugee during the Vietnam War. By God’s grace he rose from abject poverty to eventually graduate from Brown University in 1988. He worked as a consultant for 20 years with Anderson Consulting, IBM, Lockheed Martin, and NASA. Seumean came faith in Christ in 1992, after being healed by God from a ten-year depression. He studied inner healing for over 2 years, paying over $2,000, and reading 480 plus pages of material from a Christian ministry. He prayed, “Lord, this is too expensive, too long, and too hard for every believer to walk in. Do you have something simpler?”
Seumean was mentored by Dr. Ralph Neighbour since 2001, has been in ministry since 2007, and now pastors TOUCH Church in Houston. Over the course of six years, the Lord helped Seumean develop a teaching on emotional healing that now takes 3 days to teach, using 20 pages of material, which he offers for free. Many have been healed of depression, sexual abuse, anxiety, fear, relational issues, and much more. His training includes physical and spiritual healing as well, which he says is much easier to teach than the healing of emotions. Those who need healing of body, spirit, and emotions are encouraged to attend, and will receive ministry during the training times. The primary goal of the conference is to train attendees to learn to draw on God’s healing power through Jesus Christ, and to train others to do the same.
Seumean opened his training to others in 2014, and he has standing invitations to conduct trainings for multiple cities in the Philippines, India, Malaysia, Canada, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, China, Japan, Taiwan, Israel, Jordan, Mexico, and the United States. We are blessed to have him come to Western NC!
“I just returned from a trip to Taiwan, training pastors and leaders from over 40 churches in two cities. In the 2nd city, we trained over 30 churches. All their senior pastors from over 30 churches attended the training. We had a strategy meeting with all the senior pastors. Everyone of them decided to implement the healing ministry in their church.”
