At Hendersonville Presbyterian Church we truly believe that we are Blessed to Be a Blessing to others!  There are so many ways to get involved and help those with spiritual and physical needs within our community.  Please review this list and join us as God leads you.
 
 
 
Hendersonville Rescue Mission is committed to providing shelter to the homeless, food to the hungry, recovery to the addicted, and medical assistance to the homeless and poor of the community. All this is done through the power and love of Christ Jesus.

Interfaith Assistance Ministry is a faith-based organization which assists Henderson County Residents by offering food, emergency funds, clothing, counseling, and referrals.
 
 
Habitat for Humanity builds and renovates houses and partners with families who would not be able to afford quality housing without assistance and guidance.
 
Child Evangelism FellowshipChild Evangelism Fellowship is a ministry focused on transforming lives by reaching boys and girls with Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is a Bible-centered, worldwide organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize children with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living.  HPC is involved with our local Asheville CEF chapter and sponsors Good News Clubs at two elementary schools in Hendersonville.

Back on Track Addiction MinistryBack on Track Addiction Ministry exists to help anyone in active addiction, seeking help with recovery. Located at 1900 Spartanburg Hwy in Hendersonville, they actively accept donations for their thrift and consignment store that supports the ministry they provide for coming alongside those seeking help with addiction and recovery.

Black Mountain Home for Children is a safe Christian environment for children who are dependant, neglected, abused, or who otherwise cannot live with their families.  The home is a  private, not-for-profit organization affiliated with the Western North  Carolina Presbytery and the  Presbyterian  Church (USA). The mission of Black Mountain Home for Children is to glorify God by caring for children and families.

The Blue Ridge Prison Ministry facilitates the spiritual needs of all those who are incarcerated in Henderson County. 
 
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes strives to present to athletes and coaches and all whom they influence the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord..

The Blood Connection - The Blood Connection supplies area hospitals with blood. Hendersonville Presbyterian Church sponsors an annual blood drive to benefit The Blood Connection.

The Storehouse is a Christ-centered food, clothing, and hygiene pantry on 7th Avenue which serves the low income, elderly, and needy families of Henderson County.
 
Open Arms Pregnancy Center's ministry is love. Their aim is to support and guide, the purpose is to serve God and preserve life. They provide a safe place to find real support for pregnancy-related needs--from unplanned pregnancies to material support or the loss of a child.

  Operation Christmas Child - This year, as in years past, Hendersonville Presbyterian Church will be participating in Operation Christmas Child.  It is an outreach to children all over the world, who are less fortunate, to learn about the love of Christ.   Our church will again serve as a collection center.    Activities for the church are planned throughout the year in support of this program and will be announced  in the church  bulletin.
